To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no warranties. The service is provided as-is. We may modify or discontinue any feature, or suspend Breeze Shuttles, at any time and for any reason.

Third-party providers

Breeze Shuttles does not warrant that third-party providers (including the Yelo booking platform) will always be available. The entire risk of services requested from third-party providers remains solely with you.

Limitations of liability

No direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from accessing the Website. Not liable for delay or failure beyond reasonable control. No liability related to transportation or services provided by third-party providers other than as expressly outlined in these Terms.

Safety rules for riders

• Keep seated while the vehicle is in motion.
• Do not stick body parts outside the vehicle.
• Wear seatbelts.
• Breeze may refuse service if you are too intoxicated.
• Follow driver instructions.

Rides are at your own risk. Follow the driver. Book through the app or text 504-462-4020 to book.
