Breeze Shuttles does not warrant that third-party providers will always be available. The entire risk of services requested from third-party providers remains solely with you.

No direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from accessing the Website. Not liable for delay or failure beyond reasonable control. No liability related to transportation or services provided by third-party providers other than as expressly outlined in these Terms.

Safety rules for riders

• Keep seated while the vehicle is in motion.
• Do not stick body parts outside the vehicle.
• Wear seatbelts.
• Breeze may refuse service if you are too intoxicated.
• Follow driver instructions.
