Breeze Shuttles is New Orleans' free electric microtransit. We run enclosed GEM electric shuttles — GPS-tracked, trained drivers — for students, locals, and visitors. Started in 2023 around Loyola and Tulane; now Uptown, Garden District, French Quarter, Frenchmen, and live in the FSU / Tallahassee corridor.

Yes — Breeze is fully free to ride. Every trip is funded by local sponsors and advertisers, not rider fares. No surge pricing, ever.

Wear your seatbelt. Stay inside the vehicle while it is moving. Do not stick any body parts outside. Breeze may refuse service if you are too intoxicated. See Terms & conditions.
