I used to use the Tulane shuttle service and they were extremely unreliable and it was hard to rely on them to go to my service learning or grocery stores. They advertise routes but drivers are rarely there and on time and extremely uncommunicative. I transferred over to using Breeze and it has been a much more reliable service.

I applied for the RTA shuttle service and got denied. Since then I have fallen three times trying to walk to a streetcar or a bus till I found out about Breeze and started scheduling my rides daily.
